The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this role, you'll execute planograms, set and maintain product displays, ensure accurate shelf tags, and rotate stock to maximize on-shelf availability. You'll partner with store personnel to resolve merchandising issues and implement promotional programs. Responsibilities Execute and maintain planograms and schematics for assigned categories Set, stock, and front product to ensure full, organized shelves Install, update, and verify shelf tags and point-of-sale materials Build and refresh in-aisle and end-cap product displays Rotate inventory and check code dates to reduce out-of-stocks and shrink Communicate with store management on merchandising needs and priorities Document work completed through reports or mobile applications Follow store and company safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram execution Planogram compliance Shelf stocking Inventory rotation Display setup Point-of-sale (POS) system familiarity Basic sales reporting Store safety and compliance Communication with store management
