$20 - $23 per hour At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact. As Yard Summer Help, you'll work in Boldt's shipping and receiving yard, supporting a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, temporary summer position where you'll gain valuable experience working alongside skilled and experienced team members. Most tasks require minimal prior experience and can be learned quickly, with guidance provided to help you build confidence and capability throughout the summer. This is a temporary position for just the summer months of 2026. In this role, you'll assist with repairing concrete blankets (including hanging, drying, and stacking), loading and unloading equipment and tools, and completing general labor activities such as basic painting and sandblasting. You'll also support other yard and shop duties as needed, contributing to a team that takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe working environment. The anticipated salary range for this position is $20- $23 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience in construction is preferred Good mathematical skills Welding and shop experience are helpful but not required Ability to work 1st shift full time temporary hours throughout the summer, Monday - Friday A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
