(DDI) is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Merchandiser at our Green Bay location. This full-time position works approximately 40 hours per week, 5 days a week , servicing retail accounts throughout the Green Bay area. If you enjoy physical work, working independently, and taking pride in making sure products and displays look their best, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of Northeastern Wisconsin's leading beverage distributors. What You'll Do Stock and merchandise beer and beverage products at assigned retail accounts. Keep shelves and displays full, organized, and looking their best. Rotate products to maintain freshness and proper product dates. Organize back rooms and back stock to keep accounts running efficiently. Set up and maintain displays and promotional materials according to established programs. Make sure accounts have the proper point-of-sale materials, pricing, and promotional information. Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to help prevent out-of-stocks. Build positive relationships with customers and provide dependable service. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and company leadership. Use handheld technology and computer systems to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate information. What We're Looking For Good driving record. Reliable personal vehicle for travel between assigned customer accounts. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and manage your daily responsibilities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using computers and handheld technology. Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail. Beverage or sales experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stay active and work on your feet throughout the day. Compensation & Benefit s Competitive hourly compensation. Approximately 40 hours per week . Mileage reimbursement for business use of your personal vehicle. Opportunity for overtime based on seasonal business needs. 5-day work week with 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off each month.
