Job Description
The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee in-store merchandising execution for our retail partners. In this field-based role, you'll lead a small team to implement planograms, complete resets, and maintain visually engaging, fully stocked displays that drive sales. You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with store leadership, and report results using mobile tools. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of merchandisers across assigned retail locations Execute planograms and reset product displays to company and client standards Ensure shelves are stocked, priced, and signed accurately Collect and report in-store data, issues, and opportunities to supervisors Coordinate schedules, workload, and priorities for team coverage Build strong relationships with store management and staff Monitor product availability and communicate out-of-stocks or needs Maintain compliance with safety, store, and company policies Report progress, results, and photos through required systems Support training of new team members on standards and procedures Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Team leadership Inventory management Space planning Data and sales reporting Time management Communication skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, mobile apps) Problem-solving
