Merchandise Intern Summer 2027 | Paid Internship | Lake Country DockHounds Baseball The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Merchandise Intern for the 2027 season at DockHounds Ballpark in Oconomowoc, WI. This internship provides hands-on experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, retail sales, customer service, and product analysis . You'll play an important role in managing the DockHounds merchandise operation, from tracking inventory and analyzing sales to helping operate the Fan Store on game days and during special events. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and manage merchandise inventory throughout the season. Track stock levels and proactively notify leadership when products are running low. Assist with merchandise reorders and communicate with vendors as needed. Analyze sales data to identify top-selling, underperforming, and seasonal products. Provide recommendations on reorders, new products, and future merchandise selections. Assist with planning merchandise needs for promotions, theme nights, and special events. Operate and assist with the Fan Store during home games and special events. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to fans and help them find merchandise. Process merchandise sales and assist with maintaining accurate sales records. Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom and inventory system. Assist with receiving, unpacking, labeling, and organizing new merchandise shipments. Help with merchandise displays and ensure the Fan Store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with end-of-season inventory and sales reports. Help develop recommendations for 2028 merchandise planning based on sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand. Assist other departments with game-day and event operations as needed.

Internship Details Schedule:

Mid-April-Mid-September 2027, including 50 home games, office hours, and community events such as concerts and festivals.

Compensation:

Up to $1,500 for the summer .

DockHounds Ballpark, Oconomowoc, WI.

Focus:
