Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Remodel Associate, where you will play a vital role in transforming retail spaces to enhance customer experience and brand presentation. This energetic position involves hands-on remodeling, interior design, visual merchandising, and store management tasks. You will collaborate with team members to execute remodeling projects efficiently, ensuring that store layouts, planograms, and visual displays meet company standards. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create inviting environments that attract customers and boost sales. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in remodeling, merchandising, and leadership within a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Assist in planning and executing store remodels, including layout adjustments and visual updates using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Implement planograms accurately to optimize product placement and maximize sales potential. Support store management with inventory control, stocking, merchandising, and material handling to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and store setup tasks, including ladder use and basic equipment handling. Contribute to visual design efforts by creating appealing displays and maintaining branding consistency across the store. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate remodeling activities and ensure project timelines are met. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the remodeling process, including proper use of store management systems like POS and inventory software. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design purposes. Knowledge of schematics, interior design principles, and visual merchandising techniques. Experience with store management tasks such as planogram implementation, inventory management, pricing, and merchandising. Ability to operate manual handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and material movement. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Familiarity with retail sales processes, cash handling, POS systems, and retail math calculations. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including ladder use, heavy lifting, and standard passenger car operation when needed.
