GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Display Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all in-store visual merchandising activities to ensure consistent execution of the brand's aesthetic and guidelines. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing display team members, and ensuring timely updates of all product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead the planning and implementation of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and objectives. Supervise and provide guidance to the display team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Organize and manage the setup of new displays and seasonal layouts, maintaining a consistent brand image. Inspect displays regularly to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with store managers and other departments to optimize product placements and promotional displays based on inventory levels and sales goals. Provide training and development for team members to enhance their visual merchandising skills and knowledge of brand standards. Prepare reports on display performance metrics, customer feedback, and any necessary adjustments to improve results. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to in-store displays or team execution, escalating complex problems when needed. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative merchandising techniques.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creativity and an eye for detail to design and implement visually compelling displays. Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, display setup, and retail operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position. Experience in a retail environment is highly desirable.
Pay Range:
USD $29.81 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
