AS A MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
Coaching, training, and retaining talent Championing our credit and loyalty programs. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR
High School Diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred Effective interpersonal and communication skills Works well both independently and within a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Utilization of Zebra
PDA, POS
Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software Work varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
