SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include; taking direction from the Store Manager in planning, assigning, and delegating tasks; addressing customer service situations and resolving problems within the store and ingress, egress to the store. Responsibilities + Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base + Perform inventory & maintain proper inventory levels while sustaining an organized sales floor and stock room. + Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect at all times. + Assist management of performance of the store by preparing and communicating goals. Communicating progress or opportunities for improvement to provide effective feedback. + Assist in the development of programs that result in increased customer satisfaction. + Work with visual displays and merchandising of stands. Setting up displays to best attract customers' attention. + Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs/concerns. + Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required. + Supervises an entire aspect of the retail business (e.g. warehouse operations, main store operations, or heat press operations) under direct leadership from management + Occasionally supervises & assigns tasks to other FT & PT supervisors as well as non-supervisor To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
