Job Description

Join Our Team We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused General Merchandise Manager to lead our retail merchandise department. This role is responsible for inventory management, merchandising, sales growth, team development, and creating an exceptional Harley-Davidson customer experience. What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training Paid time off Health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) Employee discounts Supportive team environment Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the General Merchandise team to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals Manage inventory levels, purchasing, receiving, stocking, inventory accuracy, and inventory control systems Design and maintain attractive merchandise displays, window displays, mannequins, showcases, and promotional areas Monitor sales trends and inventory movement to ensure proper stock levels and maximize inventory return Participate in management meetings to establish department goals and growth strategies Plan and execute promotions, seasonal displays, holiday themes, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives for dealership events Handle customer concerns professionally while delivering exceptional customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment Qualifications Previous retail management, merchandising, inventory management, or leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills Experience with retail POS systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications preferred
