In the role of Merchandising Manager, working in Denver, Colorado, you will be part of the Sales and Merchandising team. You will lead merchandising operations by developing team capabilities, optimizing resources and routes, driving execution standards, and partnering across the business to deliver exceptional service to retailers and consumers.

This position reports to the Director of Sales and works closely with Merchandising Supervisors, Merchandisers, Sales teams, Delivery teams, Category Management, retailers, and other cross-functional business partners. What You'll Deliver Most importantly, you will lead and develop a team of merchandising leaders and associates, supporting their growth through coaching, training, performance conversations, and career development.

Build and maintain effective merchandising operations by optimizing routes, staffing plans, and resource allocation to meet customer and business needs.

Partner with Sales, Delivery, and other teams to execute merchandising strategies that support sales growth, product availability, and service excellence.

Use business data and market insights to identify opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

Foster strong retailer relationships and help resolve escalated customer concerns while promoting a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in business, sales, merchandising, or a related field. You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in sales, merchandising, retail operations, or a related field.

You have experience leading, coaching, and developing employees to achieve team and business objectives. You are comfortable using technology and data to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound business decisions. You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.

You communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You take accountability for results, act with integrity, and honor commitments.

You have a valid driver's license and are able to meet company driving requirements. You are able to lift and move products weighing up to 46 pounds and occasionally work with products above shoulder level. Work Environment:

This role requires regular presence in both the office and the market, including frequent interaction with employees, retailers, suppliers, and customers.

Offerings:

$110,100.00 - $144,500.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
