Duties Assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations with enthusiasm and a focus on achieving sales targets and operational excellence Manage supply chain processes including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and logistics to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies Oversee vendor management activities such as sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and performance evaluation using tools like Nielsen data and ERP systems Analyze sales data, conduct financial analysis related to profit & loss statements, pricing strategies, and category management to drive business growth Coordinate product development initiatives, merchandising strategies, and marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and sales performance Utilize data visualization and supply chain analytics to identify process improvements, optimize inventory levels, and streamline logistics operations Support project management efforts by planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives that enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or retail operations with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control processes Familiarity with Nielsen data analysis, SQL for data collection and mining, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret profit & loss statements, pricing models, and sales analysis reports Excellent vendor management skills including sourcing negotiations and contract management Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively with strategic planning capabilities and process improvement expertise Exceptional data analysis skills coupled with proficiency in data visualization techniques for business insights Knowledge of merchandising principles, demand planning practices, product development cycles, and category management strategies Join us as an Aerie Assistant Manager where your energy fuels our success!
