40 hours per week Overview A global beauty and consumer products organization is seeking a creative, highly organized Associate Manager, Visual Merchandising to support retail execution programs across North America. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to bring compelling in-store experiences to life, ensuring visual merchandising initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of visual merchandising programs across retail environments, including fixtures, planograms, graphics, and retailer-specific requirements. Coordinate creative assets, approval workflows, vendor communications, prototypes, production materials, and final deliverables. Maintain project timelines, status reports, risk logs, and cross-functional action items to support successful program delivery. Assist with store refreshes, installations, signage updates, product displays, and ongoing maintenance initiatives. Prepare project recaps, implementation guides, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with creative, marketing, operations, and external suppliers to ensure merchandising concepts are feasible, consistent, and ready for execution. Help monitor in-store execution and identify opportunities to improve presentation, consistency, and shopper experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, retail design, interior design, marketing, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, store development, or a related consumer-facing environment. Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. Knowledge of retail fixtures, planograms, production processes, signage, and in-store implementation. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
