This role blends strategic merchandising with hands-on product development, working closely with Walmart and global suppliers to deliver innovative, cost-effective products that meet market demand. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Merchandising Strategy Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through production Identify market opportunities and translate insights into commercially successful product assortments Develop innovative, trend-right, and cost-effective product offerings aligned with customer expectations Retail & Customer Collaboration Serve as a key point of contact for Walmart, ensuring alignment on product strategy and execution Partner closely with internal teams and retail stakeholders to deliver the right product mix Vendor & Supply Chain Management Collaborate with overseas vendors to develop and deliver products on time and within budget Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production schedules to meet margin and delivery targets Monitor production progress and address any issues to ensure successful product launches Core Competencies Strong commercial acumen and customer focus Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative and effective communicator across global teams Results-driven with a focus on quality, cost, and speed to market This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key merchandising function, drive product innovation, and work directly with a major retail partner in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
