A Merchandising Manager manages the buying and stocking of goods to be re-sold to customers in a retail store, including clothing and other consumer products. Follows trends, anticipates consumer demand, directs buying and manages inventory; displays merchandise that will sell well at retail. Produces or monitors sales reports. May supervise a staff of buyers, in a larger retail store or department, or train and supervise retail sales staff.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or directly related year for year experience1 year business or data analysis experience2 years online merchandising, marketing or related experience2 years experience working with formal Reporting Tools/Platforms (examples: SQL, Qlik, Excel, QuickBase, Salesforce, etc.1 year intermediate to advanced experience using Excel for data manipulation, charts/graphs, pivot tables andVLOOKUPPreferred Qualifications:

Management of PTO catalog to support discoverability, availability, and enhance sales of the catalog in the marketSeeks out and initiates channel engagement for new places for book discovery and salesEnsures growth of flagged catalog and reports associated KPIsDevelops & optimizes downstream visibility for curated content flag(s) & promotes understanding of their definitions into the marketplaceReports out to management on progress and development of programs and impact of catalog curating and enhancementPerforms regular internal business reviews for key stakeholders and/or clientsPartners and leads cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop processes for continuous process improvementHiring Salary Range:
$65,224 - $82,466. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Additional InformationPerks/Benefits:
