WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for all Regional Merchandising activities.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Develop, launch, and manage Regional Marketing Programs (MSP), including communications to DSMs and dealers, updates, and final payment processing documentation. Submit MSP programs for National Sales approval in line with executive signature matrix requirements. Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations for Regional HDAA meetings; publish detailed meeting minutes post-event. Coordinate Regional HDAA activities with advertising agencies and oversee Regional Auto Shows (setup, logistics, execution, and breakdown). Manage department budget, ensuring monthly and annual expenses remain within guidelines. Organize and support sales training for DSMs and regional sales consultants. Maintain expertise in STAR and National Incentive Programs; resolve dealership payment issues and liaise with National Incentive and Audit teams. Implement and manage regional ad co-op programs in collaboration with National Marketing, including compliance and reporting. Train and mentor DSMs to enhance performance and program execution. Process MSP payments and ensure fair distribution of dealership co-op funds. Oversee administrative duties, including time-off approvals, equipment/software requests, and employee performance evaluations. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Must be a high school graduate Bachelor's degree preferred Master's degree a plus Eight years wholesale related automotive experienced desired with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts. Two to three years of supervisory experience desired. Demonstrated abilities in AS400, SQL, EXAM, QMF and database management. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent time management skills. QMF query ability. Strong computer skills
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
AS400 system experience a plus.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
Compensation Range:
$114,800
  • $164,000 annual base salary Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance) Holiday Pay
