INSIDE PARTS SALES COUNTERPERSON RWC
Group | Heavy-Duty Commercial Truck and Bus Dealership About the Role We're hiring an Inside Parts Sales Counterperson to be the face of our parts department. You'll help customers find the right parts, process orders, manage inquiries, and keep our Parts Counter running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your product knowledge and communication skills directly impact customer satisfaction. RWC Group is a family-owned commercial truck dealership with 21 locations across the Western US. We serve owner-operators, fleets, and trucking companies with quality parts, service, and support. Our team is dedicated to keeping trucks running and customers satisfied. What You'll Do Assist customers (retail, wholesale, fleet accounts) at the parts counter in person & phone Identify parts needs, locate parts in inventory, and provide technical recommendations Process parts orders, quotes, and special orders accurately Maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts counter Manage parts displays, pricing, and inventory information Answer customer questions about specifications, compatibility, and delivery Support the Parts Manager with inventory counts and data entry Build relationships with repeat customers What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in automotive parts, truck parts, or dealership counter sales (preferred, but we'll train motivated candidates) Familiar with DMS or other parts system Strong communication and customer service skills (Spanish speaking a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory/ordering systems Drive, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive hourly wage: $23-$28/hour (based on experience, qualifications) Opportunity to earn commission - the sky is the limit Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) plan with a match Paid time off and holidays Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement RWC Group has the right to revise this job description at any time.
