As a Parts Advisor , you'll help deliver a customer experience while working with a team that values your contributions and encourages your success. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories. Assist customers, vendors, and team members in person and over the phone. Work with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs. Source, order, and track parts to meet customer and needs. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and support ongoing inventory control processes. Process customer payments, returns, warranties, and core returns. Keep the parts department, counters, and stock areas clean, organized, and customer-ready. Build relationships with customers and vendors. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering an ownership experience. What You'll Bring 1+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service and creating a great experience for every customer. Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important. Basic knowledge of automotive parts, components, and vehicle systems. Build lasting relationships with customers and team members. Comfortable using computers and dealership software to research, source, and track parts. A team-first mindset. Be organized, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Automotive dealership or service department experience. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
