Parts Counter Clerk Full-Time - (3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off)

As part of the Colville family—an Alaska-based company with over 60 years of Arctic experience—we support critical operations including logistics, fuel distribution, and environmental services to keep the North Slope running safely and efficiently. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts Counter Clerk to join our team in Prudhoe Bay. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and providing excellent service to internal and external customers. The Parts Counter Clerk supports efficient workflow by maintaining organized inventory and assisting with parts requests. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service in person and over the phone, assisting with parts identification and orders Process orders, pull parts, and complete invoicing accurately Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked parts counter and warehouse area Ensure inventory is properly tracked and stored Support operational efficiency by delivering timely and accurate service Perform other related duties as assigned to support business operations. Qualifications Previous experience in parts handling, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Experience in automotive or construction industries is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to work in Arctic conditions, including cold temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Pre-Employment Requirements Pass a 7-year criminal background check Pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with company drug & alcohol program Pass a pre-employment physical (includes climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.) Schedule Rotational schedule: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to work in a unique environment while contributing to essential operations on Alaska's North Slope.
