Job Description

A nationally recognized, multi-franchise automotive dealership organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Counter Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. The Parts Counter Specialist must possess a good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, be self-motivated, willing to learn, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. If you are experienced in delivering exceptional customer service and are looking to continue your career with a professional automotive organization, we look forward to speaking with you.
Responsibilities:
Locates accessories or parts and arranges for installation Monitors parts inventory and maintains storage area in good condition Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions Maintains accurate sales documentation Provides timely and accurate reports as required Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Working knowledge of the industry Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Highly professional and dependable Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite Previous experience preferred
