WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist retail customers and service technicians with MOPAR parts lookup and sales Quickly and accurately identify Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts using dealership systems Handle incoming calls regarding parts pricing, availability, and special orders Order, track, and follow up on special-order MOPAR parts Maintain organized inventory and clean parts department areas Receive, stock, and verify incoming shipments Process invoices, returns, warranties, and payments Work closely with service advisors and technicians to support efficient shop operations Help maintain accurate inventory counts and parts records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 YEARS dealership Parts Counter experience

5+ years of automotive parts experience strongly preferred Experience with dealership inventory and parts catalog systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license with clean driving record
