Full-Time Join Our Honda Parts Team We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Parts Specialist to join our growing Honda dealership. If you have automotive parts experience and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we'd like to hear from you. Experience with eCommerce or online parts sales is a strong plus. Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with OEM Honda parts needs. Research and identify the correct parts using electronic parts catalogs. Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders accurately. Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and cycle counts. Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability. Support online parts sales, including order fulfillment, customer communication, and shipping (preferred). Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience both in person and over the phone. Qualifications Previous automotive parts department experience is required. Honda or other dealership experience is preferred. Experience with eCommerce, online marketplaces, or online parts sales is a plus. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
