Position Summary Responsible for maintaining the crib and performing related work as required. Responsibilities
  • Create purchase orders in the inventory management system, with a unique purchase order numbers for tooling, oil, and maintenance parts
  • Receive all incoming tooling and maintenance parts into the inventory management system
  • Keep an accurate inventory of all tooling, fixtures, oils, and maintenance parts
  • Deliver tooling or maintenance parts throughout the entire plant
  • Ensure all stocked tooling and maintenance parts in the crib have a spot, are labeled, and are in the inventory management system
  • Ensure all tooling and maintenance parts are checked out to the machine, and department through the inventory management system
  • Create maintenance work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Complete shipping memos for tooling and maintenance parts
  • Order janitorial supplies from vendors
  • Keep accurate records for the maintenance and tool crib purchasing cards
  • Respond to safety concerns
  • All other duties as assigned Qualifications
