Warehouse Associate /
Trailer Parts Specialist Location:
Calera, AL Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday (40+ hours per week)
Pay:
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate with strong knowledge of trailer components, hard parts, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in identifying trailer parts, operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting multiple areas of the operation as needed. This position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Candidates must be willing to assist in various warehouse and operational functions to support business needs. Key Responsibilities Identify, locate, and distribute trailer parts and hard parts accurately. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist customers and team members with parts identification and product knowledge. Perform general warehouse duties and support other departments as needed. Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities throughout the workday.
Qualifications Required:
Experience with trailer parts, heavy-duty truck parts, or related hard parts inventory. Previous warehouse experience. Forklift operation experience. Ability to safely load and unload trucks. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Forklift certification (or ability to become certified). Experience with inventory management systems. Knowledge of trailer repair and maintenance components. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Frequent lifting of parts and materials up to 75 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. What We're Looking For The right candidate is someone who: Understands trailer and hard parts inventory. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
