Job Summary:

The retail parts counter role is to identify, quote, bill, and distribute parts accurately and promptly to retail customers.

Job Duties:

? Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues ? Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person ® philosophy ? Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-player ? Relentlessly strive to improve an accurate and desirable inventory, while maintaining all retail parts and accessory displays. ? Identify, confirm, and notify customers when special orders have arrived ? Clear special order when parts are picked up ? Clearly communicate with customers to identify parts needed, always quote customer pricing and estimated time of arrival ? Constant maintenance of displays (rotating parts in displays) including cleaning glass ? Perform perpetual inventory checks ? Maintain an accurate cash drawer ? Other duties as assigned

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. ? Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. ? Knowledge of the automotive industry ? Valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

? High school diploma or equivalent. ? At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

? Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ? Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
