Full Job Description Parts Advisor Hours:

Monday•Friday 7:00am•5:00pm (Some Saturdays)

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Parts Advisor greets and assists customers as they enter in a timely manner Answers phone calls on desk phone and takes phone calls from Parts Receptionist in a courteous and timely manner. Takes information regarding vehicle and part(s) needed States pricing & delivery times

ASKS FOR SALE & UPSELLS

Invoices part(s) Places part with cashier, will call shelf, or delivery shelf (if no parts puller is available) Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for dealerships. Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock. Handling parts payment and collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly. Packaging and shipping parts back to manufacturer/appropriate record keeping. Bill Luke Parts Advisors assist, both, retail and wholesale customers in store and on telephone.

Qualifications:

Experience in Automotive Parts required (2 years) Two or more years of sales experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license and a good driving record.
