Automotive Body Shop Parts Assistant

Fix Auto Body in Scottsdale is looking for a Parts Assistant Most Job Duties include; Checking in ordered parts to make sure they match damaged parts removed from vehicle Matching parts to invoice that all parts were received that were charged on invoice Organizing parts and placing in proper locations Posting data entry - posting parts invoices in computer Sending returned parts back to vendors and following up that credits are issued Other general daily tasks for parts department Experienced in Parts Department is plus Experience in Body Shop Parts is a Big plus Experience with CCC Management and/or Tekion is a Huge Plus This is for a Body Shop parts position at Fix Auto Body Scottsdale located at Mark KIA
