Product Support Sales Position - Construction Equipment $2,000 Signing Bonus Position Overview At Arnold Machinery, customer satisfaction starts with exceptional people. Our team in the western U.S. is dedicated to delivering top-tier support, and we're looking for a motivated individual to join us in the Product Support Sales role. As part of our team, you'll help drive parts, labor, and equipment sales while enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient and cost-effective solutions. You'll also play an essential role in mentoring and training the next generation of technicians. Job Summary You'll work directly with customers to create sales opportunities, provide support, and ensure their equipment operates at peak performance. Your role will involve communicating effectively with both the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. You will also help manage customer expectations and assist with job coordination. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership Drive labor and parts sales, contributing to customer satisfaction Assist Service Writers with job closing and monitoring of work-in-progress (WIP) Cold-call potential customers to expand business opportunities Review and update work schedules, estimates, and quotes Compile reports and assist with special projects Train and mentor technicians to develop skills and knowledge Skills and Abilities Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Computer literate, with the ability to learn various software tools Ability to negotiate, lead, and problem-solve effectively Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Knowledge of machinery repair and inventory management Ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent customer service Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods Ability to climb in and out of machinery, walk on uneven terrain Regular phone and in-person communication Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience with machinery or a mechanical background is preferred Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn Benefits Paid Sick Leave, Paid Vacation, and Paid Holidays 100% of medical premiums for associates and their families Dental and Vision plans 401(k) with company match Quarterly and Yearly Bonus Programs Stock options for associates with 5+ years of service Equal Opportunity Employer Arnold Machinery is an equal-opportunity employer.
