Parts Associate

Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM

Lunch Break:

12:00 PM•1:00 PM

Pay Rate:

Starting at $17/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Receive and return parts to and from vendors Check in incoming parts and distribute to technicians or parts carts Maintain strong relationships with parts vendors Keep parts room clean, organized, and properly labeled Separate and label pre-ordered parts Track and stay up to date on all parts ETAs Assist technicians with parts-related questions Communicate parts status and ETAs with Shop Manager Use computer systems and parts management software Print labels and scan documents Operate equipment such as trash compactor and forklift Maintain a clean and organized parts delivery drive area

Preferred Experience:

Parts handling, stocking, or inventory management Operating a forklift and/or trash compactor Strong organizational and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency Self-motivated and reliable Must speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus but not required. Clean 5 year driving record is required when applying
