Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Parts Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day parts requests and inquiries from the dealer network. This includes processing parts orders, preparing quotes, providing order status updates, and assisting dealers with a variety of parts-related requests. This individual will collaborate closely with fellow Parts team members to achieve team objectives and work cross-functionally with other departments as needed.- Process parts orders submitted by the dealer network in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process customer parts returns as needed.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, order issues, credits, and other miscellaneous requests, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email support.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the Parts team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Participate in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
