Description Scope of Work:
Respectfully perform all aspects of tasks associated with inside sales of products and services that meet the requirements of WPI customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Fulfills all functions and duties of Parts Person I & II Assist outside sales with quotes and inquiries Maintain good paperwork flow from parts department Assists shop with parts orders on overhauls Coordinate emergency orders with WPI vendors and delivery companies Monitor and report problems with inventory and stock levels Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Must have 2 years previous experience Must High School Diploma or equivalent Some mechanical background or knowledge is helpful
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) Must have a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standards Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows based environment Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be able to bend and twist several times a day Must be able to bend and twist several times a day Must have the ability to work flexible hours and days Must be dependable and work independent Must maintain good client relations Must maintain a professional appearance Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment, (i.e. fax, printer copier, etc.) Must have the ability to effectively operate forklift Must protect the company assets and interests
Working Conditions:
Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend hours as necessary. Office indoor work.
