Position Summary The Parts Counter person is responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts inquiries and sales, both in person and over the phone. Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Recommend related products, companion parts, and current promotions to provide complete solutions. Answer incoming phone calls, providing pricing, availability, and product information with exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, special orders, and insurance estimates. Coordinate parts orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up. Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through outbound communication. Support both internal and external customers with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming parts counter and work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of automotive parts experience required. Toyota dealership experience preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred.
