In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory management, sales operations, and customer service to ensure seamless parts availability and exceptional client satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the success of our heavy-duty truck parts division by implementing efficient processes, fostering strong vendor relationships, and motivating your team to excel. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in the automotive and trucking industry. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels. Oversee the sales process for heavy-duty truck parts, utilizing POS systems and retail math skills to maximize revenue and profitability. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote parts sales and increase customer engagement. Maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely delivery of parts. Supervise staff performance through coaching, training on automotive repair techniques, communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills to foster a high-performing team environment. Experience Proven dealership or retail experience in automotive service or parts management with a strong background in heavy-duty truck parts. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems and retail math for accurate order fulfillment and stock control. Strong knowledge of diagnostics, & vehicle maintenance procedures, Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and customers to drive sales growth while maintaining positive relationships. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience in sales management combined with marketing acumen to boost department performance. Exceptional communication skills for clear interaction with team members, customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
