Full Job Description Motorcycle Parts Associate About Our Dealership:

Roseville Honda Motorsports is Northern California's premier Honda Powerhouse dealership. We carry all models of Honda dirt bikes, street bikes, cruisers, scooters, ATV's and side-by-sides. Our fully-stocked parts and accessories department has a wide variety of factory and aftermarket hard parts, accessories, tools and protective gear. We also have a Honda Certified service department to accommodate all makes and models of motorcycles, scooters, ATV's and side-by-sides.

Responsibilities:

Greet and work directly with in-store customers Answer and handle telephone inquiries and transactions Share knowledge of all parts & accessories merchandise, parts history, and motorcycle service with customers Assist customers with determination of parts & accessories requirements, lookup of merchandise in catalogues, micro-fiche, etc. Ensure merchandise displays are well stocked & maintain a clean and efficient parts department Look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper software and catalogues Become familiar and efficient with parts department computer systems required for parts & accessories management Assist service technicians in determining parts & accessories requirements for servicing jobs Inform customers of sales, specials, and new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase Recommend parts & accessories to new vehicle purchase customers for their type of riding
