This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine mechanical knowledge with retail expertise, ensuring customers receive expert guidance on automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle maintenance needs. As a key member of our dealership or retail environment, you'll drive sales growth through exceptional client communication, inventory management, and technical proficiency. Your energetic approach will help us deliver top-tier service while fostering long-term customer relationships and supporting our mission to keep vehicles running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories by providing detailed product information and recommendations based on their vehicle needs. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of parts and accessories using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts with accuracy. Conduct automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting to identify parts requirements and vehicle issues, supporting both sales and repair processes. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Collaborate with the service team to facilitate order fulfillment, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and parts availability for repairs. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, managing automotive parts management systems like Microsoft Excel or other retail tools, and ensuring safety standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or dealership environments with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and automotive diagnostics. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories sales, inventory management, and retail math principles. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with customer service expertise to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases. Exceptional organizational skills along with phone etiquette and effective communication capabilities to support seamless client interactions.
