Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Advise walk-in and wholesale customers on parts, look up accessories, and manage inquiries over the phone.
Inventory Management:
Oversee stock levels, adjust pricing for profitability, and monitor for obsolescence.
Procurement:
Order required components, track shipments, and manage backorders.
Quality Control & Returns:
Mirror-match delivered parts against repair orders, inspect for damage, and process returns or credits.
Department Collaboration:
Coordinate directly with Customers and Service Technicians to ensure parts orders are processed successfully.
Area Beautification:
Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area. Standard Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong computer and digital catalog skills. Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy parts. Customer Service with Sales Experience
