Automotive Parts Clerk Join Our Dealership Team! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Clerk to join our busy dealership. Position Summary The Automotive Parts Clerk is responsible for assisting retail and wholesale customers, supporting the service department, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely ordering and distribution of genuine OEM parts. Key Responsibilities Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts identification and ordering. Accurately process customer purchases, special orders, and returns. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts. Order genuine OEM parts from manufacturers and vendors. Ensure parts are available for scheduled service appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department. Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to support dealership operations. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is an asset). Knowledge of automotive systems and OEM parts catalogs. Experience with dealership management systems is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
