We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to support our Parts Department. Whether you're assisting technicians, service advisors, or retail customers, you'll play a key role in keeping our dealership running efficiently by providing the right parts, exceptional service, and accurate inventory management. Compensation & Benefits $18 - $22/hour (commiserate of experience) + monthly bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries and purchases. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Accurately identify and source OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealership software. Process customer orders from start to finish, including special orders and backorders. Supply technicians and service advisors with the correct parts in a timely manner to help maximize shop productivity. Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory while ensuring accurate bin locations and inventory counts. Perform routine inventory cycle counts and notify management of low stock or inventory discrepancies. Source unavailable parts from outside vendors when necessary while maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices. Verify pricing and parts accuracy for repair orders and collision estimates. Process returns, warranty parts, core returns, and credits according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience is preferred; dealership experience is a strong plus. Working knowledge of electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems (CDK Drive experience is preferred). Strong understanding of automotive parts, components, and repair terminology. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and inventory management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
