Job Description
Motorcycle Parts & Service Coordinator Evolution Motorcycles | Santa Clara, CA Full-Time | $18.70-$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Evolution Motorcycles is looking for a Motorcycle Parts & Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for motorcycles. Your primary responsibilities will be preparing repair estimates, sourcing motorcycle parts, managing inventory, and supporting our service department. If you have motorcycle knowledge and enjoy keeping a busy shop running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare repair estimates and service quotes Research, source, and order OEM and aftermarket motorcycle parts Receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed Coordinate parts availability with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Create and update repair orders Communicate parts pricing and availability to customers Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and order status Assist with warranty and special-order parts Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Qualifications Basic knowledge of motorcycles, motorcycle parts, and maintenance Experience with parts ordering, inventory management, or service writing is preferred Ability to identify motorcycle parts using OEM parts catalogs and diagrams Strong computer, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license required What We Offer $18.70-$20.00 per hour , based on experience and motorcycle knowledge Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Full-time, year-round employment Stable work environment with opportunities for growth If you're passionate about motorcycles and want to build a career in the powersports industry, we'd love to hear from you.
