This role is responsible for assisting internal and external customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and sales-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships and maximize parts revenue. Key Responsibilities Assist service technicians, advisors, and retail customers at the parts counter Process internal, retail, and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently Develop, maintain, and grow wholesale accounts (body shops, repair facilities) Proactively follow up on quotes, backorders, and open opportunities Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory control and organization Process returns, credits, and warranty parts per manufacturer guidelines Communicate effectively with service and sales departments Qualifications Automotive parts experience required (Kia, Hyundai experience is a plus) Wholesale parts sales experience strongly preferred CDK experience is a plus Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Highly organized with attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay + commission Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within the organization Why Join Us We are a family-owned dealership group that prioritizes long-term relationships, operational consistency, and employee growth.
