This role is ideal for a parts expert who knows dealership operations inside and out, takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, and thrives on delivering top‑tier service to technicians and customers alike.

Onsite at Hansel Parts Center- Santa Rosa, CA Pay Scale The monthly Parts Counterperson compensation is expected to range from $40,000 - $75,000.00, depending on job performance/qualifications. VW, Subaru, Mazda Experience is a plus! Knowledge in CDK data management system Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of cars and trucks especially helpful Ability to understand customer needs and accurately locate the correct parts using an electronic parts catalog Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Work well with deadlines Maintain a high level of performance Familiarity with Parts Ability to multi-task Work well with co-workers Pass a criminal background screening Pass a drug test

Pay Defined:

The Parts Counterperson position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31 plus performance bonuses.
