Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our Stockton team. In this role, you will support both external customers and internal departments (including Service, Sales, and Rental) by identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining accurate inventory and efficient parts operations. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Optional supplemental benefit plans 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Parts Support Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries, recommendations, and orders Support internal departments by sourcing and issuing parts for service and repair jobs Contact customers when parts orders are ready for pickup Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Inventory & Parts Operations Use dealer management systems (CDK, IntelliDealer, or similar systems) to locate parts and process transactions Manage parts ordering, shipping, receiving, and billing processes Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Pull, stage, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pickup Load and verify outgoing deliveries for accuracy Place daily vendor orders as needed Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Support Process inbound and outbound freight shipments Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Maintain organized storage and inventory areas Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and counter environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2+ years of parts, warehouse, or customer service experience Experience in compact equipment, construction, automotive, or agricultural industry preferred Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or dealership systems Valid driver's license required Preferred Skills Experience with CDK, IntelliDealer, or similar dealership systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Strong understanding of parts diagrams and equipment components Core Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb, and maintain balance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in warehouse, counter, and shop environments
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Range:
