Working with minimal supervision, you will perform dip brazing on complex aluminum assemblies, thin wall waveguide assemblies and a variety of different aluminum parts.

SKILLS:

Prefer selected candidate be able to read and understand shop travelers and drawings. Use all types of precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages to ensure parts conform to drawing requirements. Knowledge of general shop math is needed to calculate dimensions to enable you to check your own work and perform straightening to bring parts into compliance with drawing dimensions. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance to perform all duties associated with this position.

EXPERIENCE

Experience is preferred, but willing to train if you have a good mechanical aptitude.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work in a hot environment.
