Compensation Pay:

About the Role As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will: Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they need Recommend products tailored to each customer's needs Maintain a clean and organized retail area Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally Provide accurate parts information and follow established procedures Build strong relationships through excellent service Every interaction supports our mission of making farming easier and more productive. What You Need to Succeed 1+ years of experience in the agriculture parts business High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer relationship skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications Strong listening and problemsolving abilities Ability to stand, climb, bend for long periods Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Ability to work extended hours on a computer Ready to Take the Next Step?
