Duties:
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist customers with identifying and purchasing the correct parts, accessories, and equipment based on their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable product information, recommendations, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Process parts sales, quotes, orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately.
- Research parts using manufacturer catalogs, electronic parts systems, and inventory databases.
- Identify replacement and compatible parts by reviewing equipment specifications, part numbers, and diagrams.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
Pay:
$21.00- $25.
