Job Description:

What You'll Do Answer inbound phone calls regarding parts and equipment availability with a friendly, professional, and helpful approach Help diagnose parts and equipment customer needs Communicate clearly with customers via email Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions Proactively anticipate questions and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑ups Use internal systems to track communications and requests Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complete customer solutions Stay organized while managing multiple tasks throughout the day Warehouse & Operations Organize and manage the warehouse Pick, pack, and ship orders Help receive deliveries and ensure products are stored correctly Support inventory counts and basic stock management Operate a forklift as needed — we provide full certification and training Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication Friendly, positive, customer‑focused attitude Typing speed of 40+ WPM High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to take initiative and work proactively Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fishbowl or similar WMS Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Salesforce or similar CRM experience Experience with parts or equipment diagnostics preferred Previous customer service or support experience Who Thrives Here Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers A dependable, detail‑oriented professional with a positive attitude A team player who's comfortable learning new systems and light warehouse processes
