Full Job Description Position Summary:

Iron Bear Trailer in Denver is now hiring a full-time Parts Counter/Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing company. This position is responsible for evaluating customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and requires extensive product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email. Learn and understand product features and benefits. Educate customers about the company, products, and services. Follow up with customer quotes, orders, and requests. Use computer system to create quotes, orders, and invoices, and efficiently access customer accounts. Clean, stock, and organize showroom displays.
