We are looking to add an aggressive, knowledgeable and experienced Off Highway Parts Counter Sales Associate to our sales team.

OFFHIGHWAY PARTS COUNTER SALES

Responsibilities:

Manage and process high volume sales calls thoroughly and professionally. Identify Off Highway model units, components, cores, and parts to provide correct solution to customers' needs. Utilize electronic catalogues, parts/unit reference books and internal computer system to resource information. Process order billing, credit returns, cores and transaction reconciliation. Apply product knowledge to effectively solve our customer's drive train needs. Create and update spreadsheets with Excel. Receive parts orders into our ordering system. Obtain forklift license through CTP (load and unload delivery trucks). Palletize & package product for shipping. Required to generate work orders for the production department. Assist the production department by sourcing and pulling parts for unit assembly in the production department. Search and source parts through shop manuals. Source service, parts, and technical manuals for incoming Off Highway units. Input units into our online sales platform.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Truck / automotive parts sales experience preferred Computer aptitude with online/internet proficiency Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficientand professional service. Monday
