Responsibilities:
Assist technicians and customers with Parts ordering, pricing, questions, pulling parts from stock and receiving as necessary. Answer all internal and external phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner. Perform dept. shipping and receiving functions when needed from Mfg, FedEx, UPS, etc. Including stocking shelves, following all receiving paperwork/guidelines in place. Process parts inventory returns to manufacturer as directed by manager Perform inventory control functions Maintain a clean, orderly, professional work area and assist in entire department's organization and cleanliness Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
