Lexus Parts Counterperson Keeler Motor Car Company - 3.2 Westport, CT Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Communication skills Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Parts Counterperson - Lexus of Westport Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our service department. We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to providing exceptional support to our technicians and customers while maintaining efficient parts operations. Lexus/Toyota experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do:
Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests in a timely and accurate manner Identify, source, and order parts using manufacturer and aftermarket catalogs Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory control processes Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments Process warranty, return, and special-order parts as needed Ensure parts department areas remain clean, organized, and efficient Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
What We're Looking For:
Previous automotive parts experience required Lexus/Toyota experience preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record
